Weather: Partly cloudy, sunny and very hot.  The wind is very strong and it is quite cool in the shade with the wind blowing.  It was quite cold in the evening after the sun goes down.

Daily Journal Entry:

Even though we have to cook breakfast this morning, we get a bit of a sleep in.  We roll out of bed at 7:30 AM and start to get things ready.  We have decided to have pancakes again.  Nobody seems to mind that we cook the same thing, but since no one else does it, everyone does not seem to mind to have them once a week.  This time we make them with bananas and raisins.  They are very good (of course).

After we clean up from breakfast, we do our laundry.  For quite a while we will have limited water, so we need to make sure that we are caught up.  As we are just hanging around, we have the time to just let the clothes soak in the soapy water for a while - what a luxury.

For the rest of the day, we take it easy - reading, napping and having lunch.  In the late afternoon we go for a swim in the ocean.  A little cool, but quite nice.  It gets very cold when you get out and are hit with the wind.  We then decide to bury Joseph in the sand and turn him into Josephine, the Maltese Mermaid!!!

In the afternoon, I work on the journal on the computer, followed by dinner.  We then enjoy the night sky once again.  It is a great show.
